Born in Montreal, T.J. Adel has been shooting professionally since 1983, when he completed graduate studies with distinction at Emily Carr College of Art & Design as one of eight students in all disciplines accepted into graduate studies. His fine art photography has been exhibited nationally and internationally, and his teaching experience includes a course in curatorial art photography for the Vancouver Museum. He brings an extensive knowledge of architecture and art history to his work; he has photographed architecture and antiquities on assignment in London, Copenhagen, Southeast Asia, and Central America.

Sam Dulmage is a photographer, writer, and filmmaker. In addition to working at T.J. Adel & Son Photographics since 1993, his produced writing output has included two plays, eight short films, a six-episode sitcom, and a video game. He frequently works with local production company Steam Powered Films; two of their films have been broadcast nationally, including “Frequency Zero”, winner of the Audience Choice award for Best Picture at the 2002 ReelFast 48Hr. Film Festival. He occasionally performs as one-half of the comedy duo “Long Hard Comedy Rocket”.
