We specialize in shooting very small subjects: jewellery, gems, and small artifacts.

T.J. Adel’s prior studies in mineralogy and geology have given him a greater understanding of gems and precious metals... and their unique optical properties. We speak your language. Better communication with gemmologists and mineralogists gets you the results you want under tight deadlines - with attention to detail and complete discretion.

We shoot tiny objects with unsurpassed focus and clarity, minimizing the focus problems and blurry “colour halo” effect common in extreme close-up work.

Our small product work can be seen in book form in Holman Wang’s history of toiletries, “Bathroom Stuff”, published by SourceBooks in 2001.
